Rate Definitions and Guidelines

Labor

Standard - Monday-Friday first 8 hous on site. A minimum charge of 2 hours will be applied if tech is on site for less.
Overtime - Monday - Friday after 8 hours on site or the first 8 hours on Saturday

Travel

Standard - Monday - Friday within the first 8 hours recorded for the service visit. Travel will be recorded in 1/2 hour increments
Overtime - Monday - Friday after 8 hours recorded for the service visit

Expenses

Incedentals - Charged as actual. Includes gas, parking, tolls, supplies, etc.
Overnight - This covers hotel and per diem and is used for any service day that includes an overnight stay.

Payment Terms: All Payments are due Net 30 unless otherwise agreed upon. Late Payments are subject to a 5% late fee.
